We are a small hobby kennel located in Arundel, Maine. Our primary goal is to breed dogs that meet or exceed the American Kennel Club breed standard. We strive for excellence through selective breeding, to produce puppies and dogs that excel in temperment, trainability and health so they can live long happy healthy lives and are able to adapt to most situations without difficulty.
Most important of all, these Shelties share our hearts, our home and our lives with us daily, they live inside the house with us, not in a kennel, and we raise our pup's in our home underfoot as part of our family, they are well socialized, handled and played with frequently, they are use to children, cats, birds, horses and other dogs when they leave. All our puppies are vet checked, have all age appropriate vaccinations, a 3 year health gurantee, are dewormed, microchiped, have a manatory spay/neuter contract and AKC Limited Registration when they leave. Each puppy is also sent home with a packet containing useful information, health certificates and copies of their pedigree.
Because we breed to show in conformaton we do not always have puppies available. We love our SHETLAND SHEEPDOGS deeply, they are an important part of our family and our life.
